Dear ampersand
lend me a hand
& work out what to say

There is this lass
who smiled at me
& before she looks away

I’d like to try connecting
& I know it’s your forte

  1. Dearest David,
Afraid i may have botched up wheat & chaff labels. What i’m finding is a lot of wheat–ampersand delightfully simple, clever; cloudy extreme Seattle, weather & occurrence, w/subtle good hearted humor; and half so happy? If i were a quarter so happy cannot think of a brighter finding– these little poems– on this very cold, rainy pre birthday evening. Thumbs UP! Now to look up phenomenillogical to confirm a perhaps missed word play!
